Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment that works by applying a gentle, but effective pressure to the all areas of the feet. It is a holistic therapy, as it uses the feet to benefit the whole body as reflex areas of the feet correspond anatomical parts of the body.

When worked over with pressure reflexes relax and help to bring about balance.
Helping the whole body achieve equilibrium can benefit so much, not least a feeling of being cared for.
Clients remain fully clothed during Reflexology, other than the removal of shoes and socks, thus making this therapy very easy to give on a couch or in a specialist Reflexology chair.
Reflexology can be especially relaxing in later stages of pregnancy.
