Reiki

 

 

Reiki is a simple and natural form of hands on healing and means ‘universal life energy’. An ancient Japanese form of healing passed on by word of mouth and Attunements by Reiki Masters.

During a Reiki healing, energy is channelled through the giver to the receiver, to restore a sense of balance and promote health and well - being.

The five principles of Reiki are:
Just for today I will not worry
Just for today I will not be angry
Just for today I will do my work honestly
Just for today I will give thanks for my many blessings
Just for today I will be king to my neighbour and every living thing.
