Massage

Massage has developed from different techniques over many years, there being recorded evidence of it being used in many ancient civilisations.

Therapeutic massage, often known as Swedish massage, is the manual manipulation of muscle tissue with a series of movements to reduce stress, promote relaxation and stimulate circulation to encourage healing. It takes many forms, from gentle aromatherapy massage, the more percussive Swedish massage to deep tissue massage and sports massage.

Massage has many physical and emotional benefits, improving circulation, muscular tension, joint mobility, cell regeneration and help to reduce anxiety and stress by relaxing the body and the mind.

Offered as a full body (not including face) or a back, neck and shoulder treatment.
